I went in thinking there would be a decent variety to choose from, but the strain selection was limited. It felt like the same few basic options over and over, and not much that actually stood out.

A couple of the strains I was hoping to grab were either missing or already out of stock, which was frustrating. The site didn’t really give me much confidence that it was worth checking back later either.

For what I ended up dealing with, I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit, because the experience didn’t match what I was expecting. Maybe it’s fine if you only want the basics, but I’ll probably look somewhere else next time.

My order went smoothly overall. The tracking came through a little later than I thought it would but they replied to my email fast. The package showed up fine and everything was in good shape. I’d probably give it 5 stars if that first tracking update had been quicker.

i mean, it showed up in a plain box and there wasn’t anything weird or obvious on the label. No issues at all.
